Welcome to Stress!  Throughout this site, we will be discussing stress, particularly relating to procrastination, pessimism, and overworking yourself.  You will be able to better understand the factors that cause stress and how you can work to overcome it.  There are resources given for your benefit, as well as statements from others giving their experiences with stress and what they have done to decrease it.  If you’re here, that means you’re already on the right track to overcome stress.

I have experience stress from taking on too much and too many activities all at once, leaving me frazzled and frustrated.  I have used many exercises, such as breathing techniques, yoga, and cardio.  What I have found is that these have a calming and soothing effect on the body.

Yes I deal with stress quite often, everyday actually. Sleep helps me cope and also hanging out with friends.
